Returns Policy

THE GOLD SALES offers its customers the possibility of returning certain products to our offices in (USA or PERU, within each publication it is specified as “Product with return” or “Product WITHOUT return”.

The non-return products are:
– Products that have a delivery time greater than 15 business days
– Products categorized as “refurbished” or “renewed”, since these are recertified products. This means that they have been reconditioned or repaired by the manufacturer due to defects in operation, or for aesthetic reasons, and “THE GOLD SALES” cannot guarantee the correct operation of the device.

To request a return, the customer has 7 days from receiving the order, this process is subject to the approval of the returns department (this process can take from 48h to 72h).
Each product that you want to return, has to be ordered individually, each one will have a label to be returned.
Returns are divided into two, those that are the responsibility of “THE GOLD SALES”, that is, if the product arrived broken, different, or incomplete, and those that are at the customer’s initiative, that is, if they did not like the product or chose the wrong size:

Returns responsibility “THE GOLD SALES”:
The client makes the shipment to the USA or Peru on his own, and once he arrives at our offices in, he is reimbursed everything he paid for said product and up to USD 30 of the cost for the shipment (for this he must send the invoice of what was charged to our email address.

Customer initiative returns:
The client must make the return to the USA or Peru on his own using the courier that suits him and he will only be reimbursed for the value of the product once the product reaches our warehouse.
In order for our offices to confirm that the product was received, and in this way we can reimburse the customer, it is necessary that the product arrives in the conditions it was sent and with the label sent by the returns department in sight.

In both cases, the refund is made on internal credit, unless the client specifies otherwise.
